- JCJade Colmenar6 days ago5.0Okay I’m reading some of these reviews, if you want good recommendations I suggest asking for Morgan. She was so nice and helpful, she was able to find my perfect shade in both a skin tint, and a setting powder. She also went out of her way to show me other products even when I was just looking. Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had at Sephora. Sephora hire more people like Morgan please.

Was there to shade match and nobody was helpful even till half an hour then security guard saw that am waiting from long time and asked someone to help me but the girl was rudest person ever i met at sephora looked like she doesn’t even wanna help was helping other people very nicely then what was wrong withh me girllll!!!! Never going back there

I had very little idea what I was looking for, but Ritu was SO helpful, I told her I was trans and some products I was thinking about, she showed me a few different things of different prices, and I even left with a beautiful lip stain that she recommended that I’m very happy with. I never for a second sensed any judgement and I have no doubt she would have treated a cis woman exactly the same, which was SO affirming. Very great experience, thank you Ritu! I will definitely be coming back 🥰

She asked, “What’s your phone number?” so I started telling her. Instead of listening, she suddenly threw her hand up and pointed at the pad without saying a word. I didn’t even realize she wanted me to type it in myself, and the store was busy and noisy so I couldn’t hear her clearly. A simple, polite clarification would have been enough. What made it worse was that right after, she turned around laughing and chatting with her coworkers like a completely different person. She was warm and friendly with them but cold and impatient with me. It is obvious she doesn’t care to help customers. I believe this is the same lady mentioned in another review by Rosie P, and it seems nothing has changed. I don’t understand why someone with so many negative comments is still allowed to represent the store. It leaves a terrible impression.
