  It’s bizarre how rude the staff are here. I’ve had multiple experiences at this location with the staff being dismissive and unpleasant simply bc I asked them for help.

  Stopped in to buy some skin care products and was greeted by Natalie. She walked me through their skincare assortment and helped me select what was best for my skin type. Super easy and seamless process.

  I used to visit the well store many times one of the managers she’s always cashing me out and she know me already she’s so nice and friendly but recently I’ve experienced a rude and disrespectful attitude from Evandro when I was cashing out , he has to be polite and to watch his tone and stop asking me questions for no reason while I’m waiting pay with my card and my husband was with me and he’s waiting to answer his stupid questions, no matter if I’m employee at Sephora or not at the end I’m a client and he should respect that and my husband was like why he’s talking to you like that ??… that so unprofessional of him

  Usually like this Sephora as it’s close to my house but wouldn’t come back to this location. I came to do Christmas shopping, I wasn’t greeted and associates walked past me when I clearly needed help. I had to ask someone who was doing stock to help me. After she helped me out (thank you to her) I was then followed around the store by multiple associates as if I was stealing. Maybe if they offered some help instead of stalking me around the store like im a thief then I would’ve purchased more. I would rather travel further or order online than to go to this Sephora again.
