  I went to the store at Fairview and I had such a great experience thanks to Josh, the associate. He was incredibly kind, patient and took the time to explain everything properly instead of rushing through it. He helped me find my exact shades, which made a huge difference and really boosted my confidence.

  Had a great experience at this MAC location! I briefly interacted with Allison and she was so sweet and helpful. She took the time to check my Pro membership to see if it was still valid and helped me pick up a few items to restock my kit, plus some travel-friendly essentials for my upcoming Costa Rica trip 🌴 She was in the middle of cleaning but immediately stopped what she was doing to help me, which I really appreciated. She was so easy to talk to and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. Thank you as well for helping me with my color match — it was spot on! Happy New Year, girl 💖 I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

  I visited this MAC location to buy a skin tint and asked for light coverage. One associate (a white woman) was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. Instead of educating me, she kept repeating “this is what you wanted” and didn’t listen to my questions. When I asked to switch to foundation, she gave me the lightest shade possible, left me alone, and refused to tell me my correct shade when I went back—telling me to “decide coverage first.” I was left looking completely mismatched and uncomfortable. Thankfully, Josh stepped in and actually helped—he listened, matched me properly, and provided great service. The star is for him. As someone who works in retail, I understand pressure and volume, but basic respect and guidance were missing. I won’t be returning to this location and will update once I have the associate’s name.

  Vivian is the best manager at this store ! ❤️ I am so happy I met the manager and she helped me picked the products that I wanted. She recommended me a beautiful pink blush. She has a beautiful and open kind personality and works very openly with customers and is a happy person. From the end she is amazing ! And I wish her all the best 🥰🙏 And hopefully I will always shop at her store location, she is a bit far from me, but I love her work, she is the best ❤️
