He also shared so many great Korean makeup techniques that completely changed the way I do my makeup. I followed his tips when I got home, and the result was amazing! If you are visiting MAC Fairview Mall, I highly recommend seeing Lester. He’s so kind, patient, and truly passionate about helping you feel confident in your makeup❤️

Over the past few months, I’ve spent a considerable amount of time and money trying to find the right sharpener—purchasing five different ones, including one from NARS, and unfortunately, none of them met my expectations. During a recent visit to Sephora, a team member highly recommended that I try MAC, emphasizing that MAC offers one of the best sharpeners designed specifically for cosmetic products. I’m so glad I took that advice! At the MAC store, I was warmly greeted by Lester, who listened attentively to my request. While he wasn't initially sure if the sharpener was in stock, he promptly checked with Joshua, who went above and beyond to assist. Joshua not only confirmed the product was available, but he also kindly let me test a sample and took the time to explain how MAC’s sharpener is specially engineered for cosmetic use—something that made all the difference. Thanks to Joshua and Lester, I walked away with exactly what I needed and felt truly valued as a customer. I couldn't be happier with the sharpener—it performs beautifully and has exceeded my expectations.
