  The MAC artists always bring style and skill every time I walk into a MAC store! On July 24, 2025, they held a one-day-only Lipstick Day event. Also, all lip products were 30% off for a couple days. イベントでは何かグッズが当たるかもと期待したけれど、私に運がなく、1時間半強待ちましたが、貰えたのは飲み物とステッカーだけ。それでも、いつ行ってもM.A.Cのアーティストたちは素敵でいい経験でした💄 -30度を超える暑い日の並びはみなさん気をつけて。

  The POP UP was a waste of time. At 5:13 pm, 5 of us were told by one security and the lady with tattoo that we were the last cut off. They even said they close at 7 pm. By the time it’s our turn, they told us at 6:30 p.m. that they’re closed. It’s very deceiving give away promotion to the public and the staff were very rude to me, as if so mean yelling to my face, the black and brown security and kick us out that they told everyone, not to us. This is not good marketing at all, lying with the time that they close at 7 pm to attract more people for what! This is such a shame to be treated like this. Never again at this location! I love MAC but this whole event was not worth it attending.

  What was supposed to be a joyful tradition turned into one of the most humiliating moments I’ve had in years. Every year, I celebrate MAC Lipstick Day with my audience it’s a meaningful date for us. Years ago, I was honored to be the first Brazilian to receive the Canadian 150th edition lipstick, and since then, I’ve always supported MAC Cosmetics with love and pride. The PR team has always treated me kindly… until today. I was invited by PR to attend MAC Lipstick Day again — I arrived at the Queen St West location, excited, ready to film and share the experience. But the man with glasses working there shattered that joy in seconds. Without even letting me explain or show him anything, he coldly cut me off, told me the event was “yesterday,” and said he didn’t need “any coverage.” He embarrassed me in front of others in the store. His tone was harsh, dismissive like I was nothing. I wasn’t asking for a gift, just to continue the tradition. I left the store holding back tears, feeling humiliated and deeply hurt. How can one employee destroy years of loyalty and connection with a brand in a single moment? MAC, this is not how you treat your community. This is not how you treat someone who’s stood by you for years. Heartbroken. A longtime supporter who won’t forget this day.
