  A shame that Mac changed their formulating on studio fix powder and foundation but Destiny Mac rep at the Eaton centre was great, very patient tried a few shades ensured I was comfortable.She made the experience more than amazing. Really grateful

  Yesterday, I called MAC Cosmetics and asked to book an appointment to purchase false eyelashes and have them applied. One of the MAC employees who answered the phone told me that I did not need an appointment for eyelash application and that I could simply come to the store and they would assist me. Today, I went to the MAC store to purchase false eyelashes and asked the sales associate, whose name is Destiny D, to apply them for me. Unfortunately, she was extremely unprofessional, indifferent, and disrespectful. She told me that she could not help me because there were other customers and that they were more important than me. There were other employees in the store, but it was clear that none of them wanted to help. They were inside the store doing nothing, and no one was actually working. I waited for more than two hours, standing the entire time, just for Destiny D to apply my eyelashes. During this time, many customers came into the store and were assisted, while I continued waiting. In the end, she did apply the eyelashes, but they were done incorrectly. I tried to tell her to fix them, but she avoided me, and as a result, the false eyelashes I purchased from MAC were ruined. This was the worst experience and the worst day I have had, simply because I decided to purchase from MAC. My name is Muna

  Wandered into MAC today, on one of the busiest days of the year (Boxing Week) and had a fantastic experience! I don’t wear much makeup but walked in to purchase items for my sister who does. As she described the products she needed in real time via text, our salesperson Jieyea was helping read, decipher, and locate the exact products we needed! She also provided helpful suggestions about mixing foundations, and even provided some samples! I typically have less-than-ideal experiences at makeup stores (shoutout Sephora!) but this was one of the best by far, even on such a busy evening. Thank you so much Jieyea for your kind and attentive service tonight!
