Not only was she the most educated about everything lush, but also she was educated about a lot of causes that Lush cares so much about. Vova was so sweet as well, offered samples and had great knowledge. These 2 deserve everything and I have to say they sold me on Lush as a brand and I’ll definitely be shopping there for all my bath bombs and soup needs. 5 star service.

CELESTE (i hope im spelling it right) has given me ELITE level of service, that it made Eaton Centre location my new favorite. Amazing hospitality, friendly in every way and very knowledgeable in regards of all the products. If yalls want to have genuine hospitality while shopping for your loved ones (or yourself) definitely come to this Lush. I also found it convenient to access from the station and street.
