    It’s a “ lush” not a “LUSH” if you know what I mean. I came to Toronto today for a book signing at Indigo. I live in st Catherine’s , there is no lush in my city the closest one is Hamilton. I always sample a product before committing to buying it online because I can’t really go in store without travelling close to an hour for one. I asked for shampoo and conditioner samples I only got shampoo as he ignored my request on conditioner. I then asked for a hair mask to try out he gave me it after practically begging because why would I buy the whole jar if I don’t like it ? I then felt forced to actually buy something in which I did - $20 later because I felt as though I was not wanted in store.I would have bought something anyway. Whats the problem giving the customer what they want? Won’t be returning back to this “lush” and may even take my business elsewhere.

    Vici helped us find this gorgeous smelling COCONUT CHOCOLATE massage bar that smells absolutely divine. Happy purchase from the wonderfully informative and cheerful associate. I would come back just for Vici! The two other floor staff girls were also just darling. Come here for good vibes and the most amazing smelling products! THANK YOU VICI!

    This was my first time buying from Lush, I came in to buy the dusting powders and all the employees here were super friendly and went out of their way to help me. There was a blonde girl at the cash who was super friendly and gave me a free sample and an Asian girl (I forgot their names😭) helping me with scent combos for the dusting powders and she was also super nice and extremely helpful. Also the dusting powders smell amazing and I’m so excited to use them!

    I don’t know her name but she was super sweet and gave me a free bubble bar!! I really appreciate that I don’t have a bath tub at home and I’m in a hotel visiting and haven’t been to lush in forever due to bad experiences, this woman right here was beyond amazing!! I hope she has an incredible day and gets promoted!! - from an out of town photographer
