    Great selection at this store, much more pleasant experience than going to Lush at Eaton Centre or Sherway, and amazing customer service. The staff are always very helpful, but also give you space if you’re just browsing. They are generous with their samples and often encourage it, and that’s led me to returning and buying several products I otherwise wouldn’t have.

    Talked to a few associates and they all were incredibly friendly! Ended up talking with Kelsey for a while and she was so knowledgeable and helpful! She shared her favourites and recommended me some new products based on items I had used in the past. Staff can answer any question you throw at them and are so kind!

    first of all, the staff at this location are SO NICE! i've had several great conversations with them - one staff particularly about books... i'm usually an avoidant introvert but she was so nice. amd who doesn't love walking in to the giant soap blocks that they cut into bars??? it's my fave part of the store. lastly, everyone knows LUSH products are high quality. i love the Dream Time and Whoosh temple balms, they are ahuge part of my regular routine. recently i got some massage bars and am in love w them! they melt perfectly on the skin and are so moisturizing.
