She was assisting me, and she was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. She has the softest, most gentle hands - the hand massage was truly relaxing. After that, she kindly assisted me with my purchases and made the whole experience feel personal and special. Thank you, Nicco, for such a pleasant and thoughtful service. I truly enjoyed it. 💛
- MMMatthewFeb 8, 20261.0I believe I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store location, but unfortunately, I had several and consistent disappointing experience with the manager, Brittney, who has blonde hair. In my opinion, every other staff member at this store is wonderful, but my interactions with Brittney were consistently negative. Once, while shopping during a sale, I felt pressured by her to buy an old face cream from last year just to save about $10, absolutely not. I believe I had to tell her no several times. There have been other times when I felt she was neither friendly nor welcoming. I have money to spend, and I choose to spend it where customers are treated with respect. Repeat customers deserve to be treated kindly. Look at my purchase history next time. Being impolite is not going to make me spend my money at your store. Next time, I might choose to shop at another L’Occitane location. I believe she could benefit from additional customer service training. I don't think being a manager gives you the right to act in these ways. Treating customers with kindness and respect is essential, as shoppers have other options in Toronto. The other manager there with black hair is wonderful so kind and professional.
