    The woman working here today was super friendly and helpful. Came here to pick up a gift for someone else as I'd never shopped here before and the service was so great I joined their rewards program 😂

    I purchased close to $500 worth of products at this location a couple weeks ago. At the time of my purchase, l'Occitane gave me a free cleanser and gift box for certain purchases. Right now they have a promotion, 20% off all full priced products for customer appreciation, the code is: FRIEND online, but after today, I won't be shopping at the l'Occitane brand anymore. Last time I was at the store, an employee told me I could do a price adjustment. I thought why not, there were a few items I purchased I did not use. After shopping with l'Occitane for years, the store manager at eatons told me they don't do adjustments. That's fine, so I told her then I'll just return these three products, turns out I couldn't just return them without a penalty. It's kind of like an unwarranted punishment after spending so much money with this brand. She charged me for the apparent "free box" and "cleanser" that came with my purchase, that as a consumer, I did not even ask for to begin with. I'd be weary shopping with l'Occitane because the message I received here during an apparent customer appreciation sale, it's left me with a bad lasting impression. What an odd system, if you genuinely don't need something, returning it means you receive a penalty for something you never even asked for to begin with.

    Love the in person skin care analysis here with mallika ! She walked me through every step and requirement of my skin with deeper issues like collagen, moisture and acne problems Their store is clean and fresh like always. Wil be here again to get skin recommendations and products that I can buy, some are very heavy on the buck but it’s worth it sometimes!
