Today, I decided to visit the Yonge Street location, hoping for a better experience. I was not disappointed. Melissa was wise and savvy beyond her years. She knew her products thoroughly, was quick on her feet, and demonstrated strong sales judgment while remaining genuinely helpful and engaging. She stayed after hours to ensure I selected what was best for me, and I ultimately spent just under $600 as a result. A pleasure to deal with. An exceptional representative for this brand!! --- If you want the ending even quieter (more implied than stated), I can soften the final two lines further.

I had the pleasure to meet Boutros, and Fariba during my visit and they were both extremely sweet, and welcoming! This location had items often out of stock online! Extra shout out to Boutros!!! Not only was I assisted greatly with all my questions regarding their wide variety of products from skincare, hand cream, and fragrances, I was given amazing recommendations for a gift I was purchasing, but also for myself and my skincare needs. He was so knowledgeable, patience, and caring - extra care was given in the beautiful gift wrap, and bagging of my items thanks to Boutros!! Will definitely be back to shop at this location again because of my lovely experience here all thanks to the welcoming staff. <3
