  Had an amazing experience at L’Occitane! My wife and I were helped by Queenie, who was incredibly informative, kind, and never pushy. She let us browse at our own pace and made our first purchase here genuinely enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the outstanding service she provided. Excited to try our new products!

  Went to buy some gifts for family, supposed to buy a lot, but due to the worst customer service ever, I only purchased one set of hand cream. Ms. Zara, the blonde cashier, was very disrespectful towards us. She did not greet us at all, not even a “Hi”, “Hello”, or “How are you?”. She didn’t even bother to come up to us. I had to go to the counter to make the purchase. Not even a single look at us, just chewing her gum even though we were waiting on her. Why did you think chewing gum loudly in front of customers and not greeting them was a good idea? At least a fake smile perhaps ? She didn’t even care to ask if we needed anything else, only said “You can tap here,” not even “Your total is…” or “Thank you” after we purchased. Zara, maybe you had a terrible day, but that doesn’t mean you have to ruin customers’ day also.

  Been using L’Occitane for a few years. It’s one of my favorite brand for daily routine skin care. They provide luxury feeling without break your pockets. Yorkdale location has this new rain forest jets for you to washing hands that Paris L’Occitane store doesn’t even have. The service that I have received from Zara is outstanding. She is knowledgeable, and passionate to provide the services to her customers. Thanks you !❤️

  Your pricing is a rip off.. but what I find most frustrating and it’s not just your store but you don’t take cash anymore.. cash is suppose to be king! Many people including tourists prefer cash. You moving too digital and it’s wrong .. I understand giving change is hard for most young people today so debit and credit is easier because you can’t balance the til it’s all computers.. shameful and for that reason I will only shop where my legal tender is accepted.

  went up to the register to pay and the middle age lady with dirty blonde hair looked at me then walked away. she came back and snatched my product from the counter and said “is that everything”. she proceeds to scan the item and then with attitude asked me if I wanted to sign up for their email and I couldn’t understand her and she continued to give me attitude and explained it again and then I said no she then said “well I can just bypass it”. If it wasn’t for the 20% discount that she was offering, I would’ve just left the product, but I decided to sign up. She then continued to get samples to put in my bag for me and slamming the drawers behind the counter. She also then continue to make snarky comments to her coworker in front of me and my friends faces. She didn’t even offer to print me a receipt just said she’d email it to me and handed me the bag as we walked out. They continue to talk quietly amongst themselves very rude. Never had an experiences like this in my life before. Was very excited to try their product and unfortunately had a terrible experience and will never come back to this location. Maybe middle age workers should learn a lesson just because they’re older doesn’t mean they’re better than everyone else. I highly recommend that head office look into this and reevaluate who they decide to employ. This took place on Friday afternoon around 6:30pm sept. 19th.
