  Came to do a return and told by the staff the refund system wasn't working and only an exchange is possible. I wasn't convinced that system was down because I just saw someone making a purchase and system seemed to be working fine. It doesn't make sense to me that refund system is down when purchase is possible. I was told to go to other locations to do a refund and repeatedly pushed the exchange was possible at this location. I felt that the staff didn't want to do a return because of minus in sales. Not sure what was true, but not satisfied with the service as this was second time visiting and the first time also was not very welcoming and felt looked down by the staff.

  Great in-store experience! The staff Shabnam was professional friendly and helpful she get to explain to me in detail, and the cream selection was amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase.

  Visited this location today to purchase a Christmas gift and was extremely disappointed by the level of customer service. From the moment I entered, there was no greeting, no eye contact, and no basic courtesy. The two staff members I interacted with appeared disengaged, dismissive, and uninterested in assisting customers. The overall attitude was unprofessional and made me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer interaction. Neither employee was wearing a name tag, which made accountability difficult and further reflected poorly on the store’s professionalism. This location is in Yorkville—one of Toronto’s most upscale and high-profile communities—and represents a well-known international brand. The service I experienced was completely inconsistent with that reputation. As a long-time loyal customer, this experience was particularly frustrating and has negatively impacted my perception of this specific location. Management should urgently review customer service standards and provide proper training to ensure staff meet even the most basic expectations of courtesy, engagement, and professionalism.

  Thank you SO much to the associate who helped me get some of the original L’occitane Homme Eau Des Baux today. The brand has recently changed all of their fragrances and made the bottles smaller. I’m so pleased to have my favourite scent for one last time. I am so sad about the changes, but particularly pleased that the associate at the bloor street store today found some OG product in the back for me. 🥰
