Compared to the Yorkdale store, this one made me feel much more welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping you discover what you like. There was no pressure to buy anything, which made the experience feel enjoyable and personal rather than transactional. I ended up purchasing what I usually buy from this brand, but it was entirely on my own terms — which I really appreciated. Another staff member, who might be the store manager, was also incredibly friendly and struck up a light, casual conversation — the kind that feels more like chatting with a friend than a sales interaction. This location truly reflects the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

First of all, let’s talk about the service at this location: Yorkville, Mark and Erica were amazing and took care of me. I had to make an order and they didn’t leave me hanging.
