  I had an excellent day at diptique. The beauty advisor Nina gan was fabulous. She was beyond helpful . It made our fragrance selection easy as she explained and help us explore all the fragrances with a lot of patience and knowledge.she packed the fragrances beautifully and was so so kind . Will definitely be back to pick up more . Many thanks to Nina once again ! 💕💕

  I’ve been a big fan of Diptyque for a few years now, and I’ve been so lucky to have Jeremy as my client advisor. He’s consistently thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure we have a great experience, not just about making a sale. He always keeps me in the loop on new collections and goes the extra mile with recommendations and details. My most recent order was a gift and it arrived beautifully packaged with a card, Lunar New Year envelopes, and samples. It really felt so personal and elevated, and my lucky aunt was raving about how special it felt. So if you’re new to Diptyque or want a standout experience, ask for Jeremy. He’s honestly the best!!

  I had a wonderful experience at Diptyque today. Jeremy was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about fragrance. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, guided me thoughtfully, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than rushed. On top of that, he was incredibly generous with samples, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and warm at the same time, and Jeremy delivered exactly that. This visit made the purchase even more special.   I had THE BEST customer experience ever at this Diptyque with Shania who accompanied me through choosing and purchasing a perfume and then sending it Quebec City where I live. She made the whole process so smooth and would even check in with me to update me on the shipping status. Finally, I received my package today with a hand written note from her and plenty of samples and goodies. This was my first and will definitely not be my last experience here. You're the best Shania!!

Peal provided exceptional service throughout my visit. She was warm, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Peal took the time to understand my preferences, patiently explained the differences between various fragrances, and offered thoughtful recommendations without any pressure to purchase. Her approach felt genuine and professional, which I really appreciated. The store presentation was beautiful, and the products were displayed in a clean and refined way. Packaging was handled carefully, with great attention to detail, adding to the overall experience. Thanks to Peal’s excellent service, the entire visit felt smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
