  This was a very pleasant shopping experience. Shania was extremely patient in explaining and demonstrating the products for me. I finally bought a perfume that I really like. The store also offers a custom engraving service, which is great! 👍

  ATTENTION MANAGER: All the Asian workers (especially women) are snobby and pretty much give a very unfriendly vibe. I ended up walking away after being the only customer, and not even being acknowledged. Went to Holt Renfrew and Bought it from there with even better customer service.

  I had the best shopping experience at Diptyque Yorkdale with Pearl and Jimmy. I came into the store only to browse for a potential housewarming gift and walked out with the most beautiful, personalized items including the classic Diptyque candle, candle holder, wick trimmer and tray. Their items are so beautiful for home decor and make the perfect gifts! Everything in the store is like a piece of art. Pearl was so warm and friendly from the moment I walked in greeting me right away. She helped me find the perfect items for my gift. She was so professional and so knowledgeable about all the Diptyque products. I was blown away by her exceptional customer service and expertise. Everything was wrapped so beautifully. I will definitely be a regular customer after this amazing experience I had. Thank you again to Pearl for all your help and thank you Jimmy! Highly highly highly recommend this location for all your Diptyque shopping!

  I stopped by Diptyque Yorkdale earlier today because my friend wanted a second opinion on a fragrance they wanted to purchase. My friend had dropped by earlier at the same store and was allowed to try it. The male associate that was present when I went in had a bottle in hand as they heard me say I only wanted to try it. They proceeded to put down the bottle and tell me that they don't have the scent. This experience made me feel very unwelcome and unwanted in the store. The lack of professionalism makes me wonder if I should ever shop with diptyque again and if his actions were racially motivated.
