I found a the perfect one but wanted to try it on my skin and see how it settles on my skin (its a 400$ bottle wanted to be sure with that commitment) and was offered a tester, amazing. Might I ad no judgements or being snubbed because I wasn't buying it right away. Went back a few weeks later and purchased it with Cecelia. Not dissappointed at all with my experience from start to end! They even offered the bottle to be engraved on site and was given testers and mini candle with purchase !

I moved cities so it took me over a month to come back for a refund/exchange. They were did not accommodate and would not compromise and honestly for how much I paid really disappointed with the lack of customer service and effort. The candle smells horrible- like a public washroom just cleaned. If you want returning customers maybe try to be more flexible given the circumstances. I had original packaging receipt and the candle was 98% still intact
