The sales associate was about as welcoming as a wet blanket. No personality, no problem solving skills, seemed to not care about the questions I asked or comments I made. Considering the area this location is in, I expected so much more. I won't be making that mistake again

Had the most wonderful experience at the Aveda shop on Cumberland in Toronto this afternoon.
We were serviced by the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind and gracious young woman named Julia. She not only answered every question I had, but she did so with such poise and grace and the most beautiful smile, that I couldn't believe it was the end of what I imagine was a long and tiring day.
Whatever it is you are paying Ms. Julia, you should double or triple it because she is such an important asset to your organization that you would not want to lose her for all the money in the world.
As a small business owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone like her representing your business.
She is priceless...
