  I had the most wonderful customer experience at the Sherway Diptyque location today. Cecilia greeted me warmly and educated me on the brand history, store and product design, and was very knowledgeable about all the fragrances I tested. Although I was just doing research today and was looking to experience the product, I will definitely be back because I had a wonderful first experience!

  Of all the Diptyque locations in the city and around the world that I’ve visited, I love to call this my home location. The team is always so welcoming, always have a story to tell with every product, and don’t make anyone feel intimidated or uncomfortable compared to other locations. I’ve been working with Rachel over the past year, and she’s helped me grow my collection. To be honest, I just find an excuse to shop there almost everyone other week because of the service I’ve received. My friends that I’ve referred to her have been well taken care of by her and other team members. I highly recommend this location for the best service and experience with the brand :)

  I recently had a really lovely visit at Diptyque.The overall service was amazing . Regina really made an impression. She was approachable and took the time to understand my preferences. She walked me through the products in a clear and helpful way, and her suggestions suited me well. Thanks to her, the visit felt easy and enjoyable.

  I visited the Diptyque location at Sherway Gardens in the early afternoon today and purchased several items. I’m very happy with the products themselves. However, the initial service experience felt uncomfortable. When I entered, there were three associates working, and they exchanged looks with one another before approaching me. They appeared hesitant to assist, and the overall energy felt unwelcoming. While nothing explicit was said, non-verbal cues matter. As a person of colour, experiences like this can feel isolating. Whether intentional or not, subtle behaviors and first impressions have an impact. I will continue to make my purchases at the Yorkdale location, as I’ve consistently found that team to be more inviting and friendly. Luxury retail environments should feel inclusive, warm, and respectful to every customer.

Regina, in particular, was incredibly helpful—she took the time to understand my preferences, explained the products in detail, and made thoughtful recommendations.
