  Got some amazing products this Wednesday, but not a great experience with the cashier. I found her attitude a little rude. I always shop at Sephora at least once a month. My birthday is in November and every time I asked if I could get my birthday gift they would say they’re either busy or are running out of gift bags and one girl told me I could come in the new year to get it (this convo is from last December) Yesterday when I saw the store wasn’t busy I figured it’s a good time to get my gift. One of the cashiers, Farida, acted really impolitely and kept interrupting me with a passive aggressive tone when I tried to explain and completely disregarded what I was saying Overall not a pleasant experience!

  Staff are very helpful if you're looking for something. They sell skin-care products at a reasonable price. Personally though, I get overwhelmed by the scent of strong perfume so I get a bit dizzy while walking through the store.

  Worst customer service the employee was not trained properly and refunded my money to wrong card and denied my refund even though it was the untrained employee’s fault Do not rely on the store employee if you are going for refund they do mistakes and don’t correct it just let the customer stay in the problem and steals the money from customers the employee who did the mistake her employee number is 381217 and store number is 0870 and transaction number is 33028 Sephora heads should look into this and correct their employee’s mistake….

  Juliet is amazing! She was kind and an easy person to talk to. She helped me pick out a few products that were suited to my skin and I’ve seen amazing results, and they were affordable!
