I visited the store searching for a specific fragrance set, but it wasn’t on the shelves. As I was about to leave, a kind employee noticed and asked if I needed help. I explained what I was looking for, and she immediately checked her device for the item. I’d like to add that at Sephora the employees are always quick to offer help and are usually quite friendly. But this woman stood out in a way I can’t really describe. Something about her seemed very genuine, if it hadn’t I probably would’ve brushed off her attempt to assist me as I usually tend to do when out shopping. She informed me it was a limited-edition set but offered to order it online with free shipping to my home. To my surprise, she then discovered there were two in stock at the store and offered to check the back, noting they might be testers. Moments later, she returned with the exact set I wanted—and it was available for purchase 🙂 I was thrilled. I ended up buying the fragrance set as a gift for my niece, along with another fragrance I sampled. The employee’s warmth, initiative, and dedication made this experience truly special. My only regret is not getting her name to give her the credit she deserves. Thank you, for such outstanding service! I’ll definitely be back.

I wanted to try a lipstick, the try out lipstick was covered in full of dust and dirt. I had to ask an associate to clean it for me. I would never go to Sephora in Thunder Bay. Very very unhygienic. I really want to give negative stars. I think they never ever clean their store, I strongly recommend health authorities should visit their store, and give them a ‘D’ Grade.
