Sales girl Jashanpeet was very pleasant and helpful. She showed us the suitable products. All the products seems very good. Bit expensive though.

His knowledge and expertise in the products and non pushy sales was amazing and we left with lots of great products and knowledge of them and how to use them correctly. - SKSimran KaurOct 7, 20241.0I want to share a troubling incident that occurred on Saturday, October 5,2024, between 8 PM and 9 PM at blue mountains village outside of LOCCITANE EN PROVENCE( 170 Jozo Weider Blvd, The Blue Mountains, ON L9Y 0V2). My friends and I were enjoying our meal when an unfamiliar woman( working at LOCCITANE EN PROVENCE, name unknown) approached us. She began making inappropriate comments, using racist language, and filmed us twice without our consent. The situation escalated to the point where we felt compelled to call the police. It's important to note that we had no prior interaction with her or the store she worked at. WE NEVER WENT INSIDE THE STORE. We were just sitting casually on a street bench, enjoying our meal, when she came out from inside the store with the phone in her hand and the camera was already on and started filming us. This kind of behaviour is entirely unacceptable and should never happen to anyone. We hope management takes this matter seriously, as everyone deserves to feel safe and respected at the tourism places.
