  We had an amazing experience from the time we walked in we were greeted by Abdul who took his time time explaining the products and the benefits for our skin. His knowledge and expertise in the products and non pushy sales was amazing and we left with lots of great products and knowledge of them and how to use them correctly. Thanks again Abdul for all you help!!

  I was at blue mountain for a conference and decided to do some shopping. Stumbled upon this store and had the greatest experience. I was shopping for a few gifts and Abdul was very helpful in helping me with my purchases. He was very knowledgeable and taught me so much about their products. I ended up buying more than I intended because I fell in love with the products he was showing me. It was such a great experience and a memorable one from this location. Thanks again Abdul!

  I want to share a troubling incident that occurred on Saturday, October 5,2024, between 8 PM and 9 PM at blue mountains village outside of LOCCITANE EN PROVENCE( 170 Jozo Weider Blvd, The Blue Mountains, ON L9Y 0V2). My friends and I were enjoying our meal when an unfamiliar woman( working at LOCCITANE EN PROVENCE, name unknown) approached us. She began making inappropriate comments, using racist language, and filmed us twice without our consent. The situation escalated to the point where we felt compelled to call the police. It's important to note that we had no prior interaction with her or the store she worked at. WE NEVER WENT INSIDE THE STORE. We were just sitting casually on a street bench, enjoying our meal, when she came out from inside the store with the phone in her hand and the camera was already on and started filming us. This kind of behaviour is entirely unacceptable and should never happen to anyone. We hope management takes this matter seriously, as everyone deserves to feel safe and respected at the tourism places.

  I went in here yesterday to grab some hand cream because my skin was *thirsty*! I bought a small tube of hand scrub and shea cream and was absolutely blown away by how effective they were. I went back to the store today to buy a variety of other products because I was sold on the brand. The customer service was amazing. He took the time to provide so much education and guidance without pushing sales. I have a feeling I’ll be a longtime customer of this brand!
