We walked in with no appointment and were greeted by Naz. She had the most welcoming smile and said she had no problem with taking us in. She even set up profiles for uss. I let birthday girl go first and watched as Naz worked her magic on my friend’s hair. I’m not sure what they were talking about but there were definitely a lot of laughs coming from them. Next was my turn and I was very nervous as I haven’t been to see a professional in almost 30 years. I also have very fine (balding) hair and am really self conscious about it. Naz was INCREDIBLE with me. She was sympathetic towards my fears and reservations and talked to me calmly while making some suggestions for me to try. Overall I had about an inch cut off and some layers added. I love the work Naz had done. I’m enclosing a before photo and a photo next day. Please forgive if it doesn’t look quite right. I tried my best in styling it the way Naz had. I’m sure with a few more tries I’ll get it the way she had it. Thank you Naz for everything. We’ll be back!!!
