  I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience was today with Tamara. She was patient and kind answer ALL my questions. She explained things in details and took away that overwhelming feeling I sometimes have in Sephora! Thank you!

  I want to put in a good review for Alley. She’s absolutely amazing. She knows what she’s doing, she knows makeup. She’s also got gifted eyes that find the best colour for my foundation in an instant. She’s friendly, she’s knowledgeable and she’s extremely efficient. I’m going to go ask for her next time I go to Sephora. That said, I do agree with the other comments on customer service. For example, I did see a big difference between this location and the other locations where the staffs were just chatting and didn’t really care to greet people. I guess it just depends on who works that day. (There were just a few that’s like that, most were working hard)

  Very extremely upset, I went into Sephora Penn Centre location Dec 30th 2025 , to exchange bougie marshmallow Kayli perfume that was gifted to me, for the Kayli vanilla candy. I go to the cash register and the perfume was on sale when the person who gifted it to me had bought it, and I had to pay 30 dollars more now if I wanted to exchange I had my receipt I had the bottle completely unopened and just wanted to swap bottle for bottle same size same brand same price everything is the exact same accept the smell, and I was told that this wasn't going to happen are you kidding me ? reach into the drawer and grab the one in the want and I give back my perfectly un opened bottle. unbelievable that I received a gift pretty much identical to what a wanted and I could not exchange. resolve this please.

  The sales associates are usually helpful at this location. However, twice now I have had to make a return I have been given a hard time. Most recently I had a return that I had purchased in November for a Christmas gift. I was told that it was past the 30 day return period. I asked if that applied since it was purchased for Christmas. It was unopened and unused. I even said store credit was fine instead of a full refund. She proceeded to ask her manager and they declined my return. Online, it states that any purchase made from October 30, 2025 through December 30, 2025 was part of an extended return policy for the holiday season. Very disappointed.

  My neices love this place and the items they sell here. Judging by how busy they are they are not the only ones. Staff is always polite and helpful as soon as we walk in the store. They try to make the experience as easy and painless as possible.
