  I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your store on Sunday, November 16, 2025. My girlfriend and I, who both work at the mall, visited your store and felt uncomfortably targeted during our visit. While waiting for an associate who had gone to the back room, we noticed a blonde associate following us and speaking into her headset. Simultaneously, three other associates approached us, repeatedly asking if we needed assistance. This constant attention made us feel watched and unwelcome. We usually seek out specific associates at your location because others have been unwelcoming in the past. To the point where a fourth associate inquired if we were doing okay, which prompted us to leave the store. This experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope you will address this issue to ensure a more pleasant shopping environment for all customers.

  I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Sephora at the Pen Centre using their same-day delivery service. I placed a large order through the Sephora app- not the Uber app, and what I got was a total fiasco. They delivered the wrong order entirely, addressed to someone named Jennifer. When I called the store, they took zero accountability. They blamed the Uber driver for the mix-up, even though the delivery was arranged through Sephora’s own app and their own staff. To make matters worse, the store repeatedly told me to contact Uber, which was impossible because this was a Sephora-initiated order. I wasted hours trying to resolve this, only to be told there was “nothing they could do.” Ultimately, I had to spend an extra $40 on Ubers to go pick up the item myself, because I needed it for a trip the next day. In store, the staff were unapologetic and continued to shift the blame rather than owning up to their mistake. This was hands down one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had, especially being a Sephora Rouge customer. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Avoid this location if you expect any sort of accountability or customer service.

  I had such a great experience at this Sephora! Alley helped me pick out a concealer & contour she was amazing — super friendly, patient, and full of good vibes. The rest of the team was also very helpful, and the cashier at the end was super nice and professional. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Sephora store! 💕

  I visited this store yesterday after having a not-so-great experience at the Niagara Falls location, and I was so pleasantly surprised — this store is amazing! I made a point to speak with the manager on my way out because I wanted to share how wonderful my experience was. A young lady — I believe her name was Angelina or something similar — was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took her time assisting me, helped me find the right shades, and made me feel genuinely good about myself. The manager and this lovely associate are a big reason why I’ll definitely be back!
