  Well I don’t know from where to start! I have been trying to place an order as a gift for my loved ones which I do every year during boxing week promo . I tried placing order for this store pick up and the money deducted 2 time from my account and no details about my order. Finally the sales was over after waiting and I got nothing , I reached out to live chat and they agreed to give me 30% off on my order after I place a full price order. I asked if I can pick up from store and they said yes , I did not get any update again on my order however this time I got the confirmation of money deducted again which was $74 plus. When I reached out to live chat again They suggested me to follow up with store which I choose to pick up the order , I went in person to the store and finally I got to know the store will not get my order anyhow as they have some wire issue which yet to be fixed since few days hence there is network issue. Manager called mac online support , instructed them to cancel my order saying she will give me the off on my order in store, they offered me some other products combo with bag and lip liner and a gloss , but I only wanted lip stick only , I tried different shades which the staff helped me to try on , finally I selected 2 and when I went to cash manager said these are new products 30 % can’t be applied , why the hell you guys let me spend so much of time trying different products by urself and at the end saying me No to it. Worst experience everrrrrrrrrrr !!!!!!

  I’m not sure what happened to the recent Mac team that was at the pen, but who ever hired these girls might want to take a second look. I got my makeup done 2 weekends ago. The girl that did my makeup was Kathy I expressed to her I wanted a Smokey eye, and she literally blacked out my eye. She wiped some off, the eye shadow was as high as my eye brows. A 60 min appointment turned into 2 hours. As I’m expressing to her I’m not sure if I like the makeup her body language and demeanour became aggressive. I ended up saying it’s fine paid and went home to wipe it off and do my own makeup. Mac needs to do better when it comes to their artist makeup expertise. It just seems like the ladies don’t know what they are doing. Prior to my appointment, I went in for a colour match, and the lady help me she was Indian not that it was a problem; there was a big language barrier because of her accent. The colour was completely off I’m not sure if it was the lighting in the store but when I got home the match she said was perfect made me look yellow. If you want a more high level place for make up expertise, I wouldn’t suggest Mac at the pen centre.

  Staffs are so rude .. yesterday I went to check if they have any offers coming up the two lady’s at front were so rude .as if they don’t care about any thing .. they were blunt and just told they don’t know … no smile no greetings … I don’t know why they work in customer service if they don’t know how to talk to customers .. would never come here again ..
