Also lack knowledge of products they don’t want customers to buy products l saw myself they were discouraging people and if anybody wanted to buy they were making tricks not to sale . Previously a boy was working very good human being excellent knowledge of products . I think this owner replace good employees and hires bad ones . Hopefully with the beginning of new year the owner will better the service like earlier .

I believe her name was Miki and I felt dismissed and judged rather than helped, which is quite egregious if you work in customer service. The tone of her voice and dead-panned facial expressions was so unpleasant from a customer perspective. Even more so, when she was done dealing with me, but had a total different persona helping someone out and was a lot more friendlier. It seemed like I was the one bothering her despite just asking questions or her opinion. Anyways this kind of customer service reflects poorly on your in-store business. I'll hesitate to come here again or go to Sephora or go to different location.
