  At Sephora, I love ❤️ this place because you can find everything for a woman. For feminine care you can find skincare, cosmetics 💄 ✨️ 💖 and feminine essentials for every day use. Lately, skincare care department has been down but every other aisle is fine. From my feedback perspective skincare products need to be redeveloped.Water based moisturizers are highly recommended chemical free for all skin types and skin use. From a customer perspective product should be attractive, bold and appealing to to the customer also affordably priced.

  Terrible customer service. Out of my past three visits to this location, two were extremely unpleasant due to rude behavior from the associates. some staff at this store clearly lacks compassion and professionalism. What makes this even more disappointing is that when I contacted another Sephora location, their associates were polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. The contrast in service quality is shocking. During my most recent visit, I went in to exchange a brand-new product with a damaged case. It was a gift, and I explained clearly that I could not give it in damaged condition. The associate assisting me was visibly unhappy and initially denied that there was any flaw at all, even after I pointed it out. She dismissed it as “just a small chip,” which is unacceptable for a new item. What bothered me most was her attitude. She was smiling and friendly while speaking with her colleague, but the moment she turned back to me, her smile disappeared. She appeared irritated, almost rolled her eyes, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.

  They really need to work on their staff how to do customer service. I visited Sephora today and there was store leader ( dont know the name ) she was totally frustrated by her job and i think she is racist too, because i am Indian… there were coworkers who were coming to me to help with foundation shades but she was keep telling everyone on headphone not to help because she knew i was looking for stuff for my marriage and she was expecting me to pay 30$ for makeup artist trial who even not available today.. and really didnt want to do whole makeup… it is just foundation and everyone was helping each other , few coworkers was free too but she was so rude … and i paid 800$ for my makeup so it is better to teach valuable lesson to your staff so you dont loose your sale and guest… i will never visit this store again…

  Went there a few weeks ago to find a shade match and the beauty assistant was downright rude and gave me so much attitude right from the start. Handing me a basket and basically telling me to make my own samples. I was treated like I didn’t belong there and didn’t know what I was doing, been going to that store since I was in high school…. I found someone else to assist me and told them what she did. The other assistant immediately said that’s not their policy she shouldn’t have done that. I ended up buying from the foundation website themselves and not through Sephora. A sure way to lose business Sephora is by having crappy rude staff.

  Visiting this location today was honestly terrible. The only positives were the kind front-desk staff member and the cashier. Aside from them, the experience was extremely uncomfortable. While testing products, we noticed the security guard watching us — which is understandable to a point — but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional. When two members of my group walked to a different section of the store, he followed them immediately and very openly, not even attempting to be discreet. He then spoke to another LP employee (clearly labeled on their shirt) and continued to stare at us alongside other staff members. I’ve never experienced this level of surveillance in any Sephora. I’ve worked in retail for 7+ years, and not even in my own stores have customers ever been treated this way. All we were doing was testing products we intended to purchase, yet the security guard reported us to LP and continued to watch us everywhere we went. When we moved to a different part of the store, the same behavior continued — he even told a female security guard, who then began watching us as well. At that point, my entire group felt extremely uncomfortable. The atmosphere became tense and honestly embarrassing. When I mentioned it to the cashier, even she seemed shocked and ended up informing the manager, who appeared to address it with the team. Based on today’s experience — and after reading other reviews mentioning similar issues — it’s clear this store has serious customer service and professionalism problems. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
