- DRD'Idle R6 days ago5.0I had an amazing experience at the Lush store in Scarborough Town Centre! The supervisor, Gabby, and sales associate, AJ, were absolutely phenomenal. They took the time to explain the products in detail, answered all of our questions, and were incredibly knowledgeable about everything the store carries. Their enthusiasm and friendliness made the experience both fun and informative. I’m excited to try the sample products they gave me and will definitely be returning to this location. Customer service like this truly makes a difference thank you, Gabby and AJ, for such a great visit! God Bless keep doing what you do!
- EIemily ivanovskaJan 3, 20261.0the woman with the braids was very nice but too excessive. i came in just wanting to smell one thing but she started giving me a bunch of scents i wasn’t interested in, and then proceeded to spray so much of vanillary on my hair, skin, clothes and jacket that it has now given me a rash and made my clothes and jacket absolutely reek. i didn’t consent to her spraying me and wasn’t given a choice before she started blatantly spraying. i was very unhappy with my experience here.

I've gone in twice in the last couple of weeks and the manager (I believe her name is Caroline) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. The rest of the staff were warm and welcoming too... helpful without ever feeling pushy. Great experience all around! Thank you! :)

He's so nice that I ended up spending over $80+ on the product he was showing me without him forcing me to buy. His warmth is enough to make you buy something. He's great for business. It's unfortunate we can't give them tips. I love AJ🥰❤️.
- EME MDec 21, 20255.0Stopped by today to pick up a shampoo bar as a little treat for myself and left with a bunch of fun new soaps! The two workers that helped me were absolutely amazing. I'm genuinely impressed at the customer service level at this store; everyone was so friendly and involved despite how nuts the holiday rush. The store obviously smells amazing, but everything was SUPER clean and organized. I haven't been to a Lush location in years but I'll definitely make a point of going back to this one. You guys rock!
