  I love L’Occitane and came in looking for gifts for friends. I had a great experience at the store and specifically being helped by Miki who was super kind, patient and helpful! She was very knowledgeable on the products helped me decide on what to purchase based on what I was looking for. Not to mention how beautiful and elegant the packaging always is. I will definitely be returning for myself and for gifts for friends! Would highly recommend L’Occitane and their wonderful team.

  3 girl employees who were working yesterday before 2:43 pm on Saturday during morning and afternoon are very insulting rude attitude misbehaves with customers . Also lack knowledge of products they don’t want customers to buy products l saw myself they were discouraging people and if anybody wanted to buy they were making tricks not to sale . Previously a boy was working very good human being excellent knowledge of products . I think this owner replace good employees and hires bad ones . Hopefully with the beginning of new year the owner will better the service like earlier .

  Overall the experience I had was awkward and horrible with one of your employees. I believe her name was Miki and I felt dismissed and judged rather than helped, which is quite egregious if you work in customer service. The tone of her voice and dead-panned facial expressions was so unpleasant from a customer perspective. Even more so, when she was done dealing with me, but had a total different persona helping someone out and was a lot more friendlier. It seemed like I was the one bothering her despite just asking questions or her opinion. Anyways this kind of customer service reflects poorly on your in-store business. I'll hesitate to come here again or go to Sephora or go to different location.

  Recently, I visited L'Occitane STC branch for the first time, looking for a hand cream. Amreen helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was great. She was very helpful and professional. Thank you.

  Bad location. Went a couple of days ago after my friend recommended their hand cream. Did not appreciate the lack of effort to be acknowledge by the staff especially since they should know malls are quite busy for the holiday season. Wasn’t greeted, and they didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Still bought the hand cream after I had to look for it myself to not disturb the staff and their conversation. Cashed out, and they changed their tone real quick as if they helped me themselves. Especially the red hair girl, who changed the tone, but not her face. I mean I get it, I worked in retail, but c’mon. At least I have a good story to tell my friends about this place. I’ll probs order online next time. Good hand cream though.
