  Wow is all I have to say. Thank you Mariah for making me feel feminine again and giving me eyebrows lol It was such a happy experience getting my makeup done by you truly made me have more confidence in myself. And a huge thank you to all the girls there that gifted me all those products. Was truly unexpected and I am so great full. You all have truly made me feel so much better about myself so thank you again! Xoxoxo

  Customer service is okay. Had to track down an employee but then she was super helpful in finding me some unscented, Korean sunscreen that wasn't crazy expensive. HOWEVER, the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this place stinks. Sephora's always smell, but this one smells like they spray perfume every 20 minutes. I was in here for maybe 10 minutes and I smelled like I had doused myself with perfume. I have serious scent allergies. I wouldn't have even went in, but I needed a sunscreen. I don't think it's even legal to have a business smell this awful. It burned my eyes and gave me a headache. I had to smoke my hair with herbs for 20 minutes just to get the smell out. Not even bath and body works, a literal perfume/lotion/candle store smells this bad

  Fine store, 4 checkout lanes would’ve been better. Poor skincare. Customer service, was not greeted at all, had to look and search for my own basket and repeat myself and track an employee down for help, which as they are also not helpful. They do not even ask if you want to collect Sephora points and miss out on a big purchase with points. It is just not well hospitality and friendly service as you would receive in montreal Toronto or London. Very shy workers you’ve hired, in any other city I leave the store satisfied and not like I disturbed someone’s shift.

  Unreasonably difficult to find vegan and cruelty free brands, which is mind boggling to me. They only carry 1 or 2 of those brands, and a horribly small selection of said brands. Definitely just going to look around those brands online, coming here did not make it any easier and in fact more stressful.

  I visited this store for the first time. I went there in search for some good lip balm but it was not the end. I bought lipstick as well as skin care products. The staff are very helpful and helped me in finding my products. I forgot the name, but they really get you what you looking for.
