    Customer service is okay. Had to track down an employee but then she was super helpful in finding me some unscented, Korean sunscreen that wasn't crazy expensive. HOWEVER, the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this place stinks. Sephora's always smell, but this one smells like they spray perfume every 20 minutes. I was in here for maybe 10 minutes and I smelled like I had doused myself with perfume. I have serious scent allergies. I wouldn't have even went in, but I needed a sunscreen. I don't think it's even legal to have a business smell this awful. It burned my eyes and gave me a headache. I had to smoke my hair with herbs for 20 minutes just to get the smell out. Not even bath and body works, a literal perfume/lotion/candle store smells this bad

    Not happy with the service. I’m supposed to get the 3 free samples on every purchase and I purchased twice from the store. They didn’t have me the free sample from there side so I asked about it and they said there is none left with them. But they are saying this thing from the long time. And then on my 2nd purchase she said the same that they don’t have it but later on she gave just one on my way out, like she was guilty of saying lies. This is not a customer feels, you are working and you should give the benefit what customer is getting. Not only when they are aware and asked for. Even in the app said that you get 3 free samples for every purchase for sure. Plus I did not go nor asked for foundation match but the person automatically added that from her side. I’m like is this is your way to get something that you are the one interacting with customer more while actually you are not. She tricked me. Just to achieve her customer goals you cannot add anything from your own side without asking the customer. The foundation profile was set by her without my knowledge. How low you can go ?

    Worst customer service ever in any Sephora in four countries and three continents I have visited Sephora in. The whole floor stuff is rude & manager is in some other world not telling the staff how to deal with people. I can suggest a few counties you can send your staff or manager to have a proper training of customer service as they won’t learn it from states or here because customer service is non existent. Worst store experience. Kindly send your stuff to Dubai mall Sephora branch for training including ur manager.
