  This has to be my favourite Sephora location. They have quite a lot of brands for a Sarnia location. Which I was sooo happy n surprised. Sarnia definitely needed a Sephora. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone working there is amazing. ❤️🥹Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and assistance. Dana who works at this Sephora location is one of my favourites. She is kind and very very knowledgeable about the products. I have to give a shoutout to all the lovely employees working there and I hope they get more brands at this location. ☺️

  Great experience! Was greeted by a very friendly worker ( did not catch her name).... Monica was super awesome and very helpful to help me pick out what I needed. She was knowledgeable and very kind . I appreciate her not making me feel bad as I walked in.grungy and not knowing anything about makeup.Was checked out by Caitlin and she was friendly and easy to talk to .

  Purchased a product marked for $25.50, total came out to be around $47. Asked if there was anything they could do about the false marketing/display price and they said no when it was clearly advertised as a different price. There was no sizing labeled so customers can’t even tell. The employee claimed it was the mini sizes when those were all gone and blamed the other 5 or 6 bottles being behind the $25.50 price because there was “new workers.” Because it was their fault they legally should have went with their advertised price. Wasn’t even trying to get money out of it, just know it’s the law to not sell products above the displayed price but they didn’t want to abide by it. Do better please.

  I’m a Rouge member and a long time Sephora customer. I spend a lot of money here, even though I can get many of the same products at Shoppers or other retailers for less. I continue to choose Sephora because I like what the company stands for and I usually have positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I was looking for a fragrance for someone and asked about Dior. As I was browsing, I noticed one employee, along with another staff member and two customers, laughing and making fun of me for choosing a “mainstream” fragrance. It was very obvious and made me feel embarrassed and judged. Because of this, I put back every single item in my basket and left without purchasing anything. I don’t want to spend my money in a place where I feel mocked or looked down on for my personal preferences. No customer should feel uncomfortable or ridiculed while shopping, especially when they are choosing to support a brand they’re loyal to. This experience really changed how I feel about shopping at this location and possibly all Sephora's in the future.

  Well organized. Found what I needed very quickly. Jay helped me get the perfume I wanted very quickly and checked me out with a separate device so I didn’t have to get in line which was very nice.
