The stylist butchered my hairline, destroyed my natural shape, and left me looking like I let a blindfolded toddler cut my hair. When I went back to demand a refund, they refused to help and told me the manager would contact me. Guess what? No call. No follow-up. No refund. They just ignored me and hoped I’d disappear. Instead, I went to a real professional barber, and listen to him laugh in disbelief at how badly I’d been screwed over by Great Clips. This place doesn’t just lack skill, they lack any respect for their customers’ time and money.

Her attention to detail is amazing, and she has such a light, precise hand when cutting hair. She’s great with adults and absolutely wonderful with children—gentle, calm, and so friendly. We always leave happy with the results. Highly recommended!
