We went in to try to get our money back due to it looking absolutely horrendous and the lady refused to give us our money back. We showed her photos and she agreed it was terrible but still refused to refund us and kept insisting on letting her fix it (when we already fixed it) we don’t want to have ANYONE from this shop touch our hair EVER. When a service is paid for and we don’t get what we pay for and refuse to give us a refund it’s scammy and very unprofessional. DO NOT risk your hair here they are so confident but god awful at doing hair. I have never went to hair school but I could cut hair better than this place.
