Then when I decide to go and activate my voucher, the system makes it valid at a BC store. I live in Ontario. My store wouldn't accept the code and I couldn't validate it or get another from tge website. Overall, very frustrated.

Wouldn't come here if i were knew thats how they ran the store. Left wanting to cry n pissed off because at check out the lady rudely was asking if I still wanted the wash but by that point didn’t want them to mess up my hair any further. Honestly want a refund because same day had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. Edit: when i went to a different place the stylist expressed that the lady did no real layers and just did one straight line short chop at the back of my head and looked awfully butchered. If your thinking about getting your hair cute go to monte carol by the dairy queen in port perry way better stylist and serves

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
