  I had an amazing experience at the Lush Cosmetics store in Pickering Town Centre. As a single father, walking into a cosmetics store with my 12-year-old daughter can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming—but Carrie completely changed that for us. She was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, she made both of us feel comfortable and welcomed. Carrie took the time to give my daughter one-on-one attention, patiently explaining the products in a way she could understand and really making her feel special. It wasn’t rushed or transactional at all—she genuinely cared about creating a positive experience. My daughter was so happy and hasn’t stopped talking about how amazing Carrie was. She even mentioned how pretty and kind she is, which really says a lot coming from a 12-year-old! This experience meant more than I can express. Carrie made something that could have been intimidating into a fun, memorable moment for both of us. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this location—and if you get the chance, ask for Carrie!

  Went in yesterday to buy some products and wow the gentleman who served me I’m blown away loved how he took the time to help me with what I was looking for didn’t feel pushed into anything at all very sweet got what I was saying very big shout out to his store Manager he’s a keeper for sure sorry don’t remember his name lol thank you Lush il be back again soon

  The best customer service. I never feel like I’m bothering the staff. They are always so friendly & welcoming.
