  I was at your Peterborough store Saturday with two of my grandchildren and a friend in front of me there were two young teenage girls who I knew through my grandchildren the two girls made a purchase of five items and it came to $169.50 the two girls were shocked at the price the lady who was trying to ring them out started berating the two young girls telling them if they didn't have enough money they shouldn't be shopping in that store and that they are just a waste of time I at this point got angry and said to the lady that don't worry about it I would cover the purchase and took out my credit card and covered the purchase for the two girls at this point I told the lady that there was no need for them to parade them two young girls like that and embarrassed them in front of other people that were in the store and if this was totally unacceptable I told my three children that were with me to put their stuff back that this is not the place they need to ever visit again thoroughly disgusted with the people that are working in the store and if that's the way they choose to treat customers and berate them like they are inferior that is not the place where anybody needs to shop and I'm sure that is not the company policy again avoid this place like the plague

  I’m beyond surprised to see such bad reviews. Today I went to this location and I was met by a wonderful lady who helping me pick everything out for everyday makeup wear. She was beyond knowledgeable, kind and personable. Due to her shift ending I was then handed over to an equally knowledgeable, kind and sweet woman. I’m beyond happy with my experience and will be returning endlessly to this location.

  Stock is good, staff is not (generally). I avoid this Sephora like the plague as the girls there seem to speak down to their customers. I would rather wait for the shipping from the site than go into this store. If you’re looking for help in store I would recommended going to the Oshawa Centre.
