Unfortunately the last time I was there I was helped by the manager, Hannah, who was being rude, short, and making me very uncomfortable. I was just trying to do a return but she was so rude towards me for no reason. Another associate on my way out apologized for her and requested I put in a complaint to head office. Sephora, please speak with Hannah about professionalism, respect, and customer service friendly. I’m not sure how someone like Hannah gets to become manager treating ppl so poorly.

I don't think they're very welcoming and I think they judge customers
