I had a transaction where the rep mistakenly did not check me out from my account and to my surprise, my transaction is non existent online. It has been withdrawn from my bank and the product i want to return is intact. None of the managers was compassionate or willing to help, they all faced me with a poker face saying “without proof of purchase, we will not return “ even thought it was there employee fault for checking out *that particular transaction * not under my account, given the fact i gave my phone number and all as usual. Horrible managers, horrible customer service. They let hundreds people walk out with stollen items and will not ear to their mistake and value a loyal customer by offering a solution. Going to head office next for managers attitude.
