Le service à la clientèle est très mauvais, absence de sourire et de courtoisie. Chaque question semble être un fardeau. Cependant les représentants des marques sont très gentil(le)s .

My experience with Sephora has regrettably deteriorated to a level that compels formal criticism. During a recent in-store visit, I attended for the lawful purpose of exchanging a product, an entitlement expressly afforded to consumers under Sephora stated policies and widely recognised principles of consumer protection. The interaction with a cashier identified as Arash was, however, wholly unsatisfactory. His manner was conspicuously condescending, and his conduct conveyed an unwarranted reluctance to facilitate a routine exchange. The tone adopted was neither professional nor consistent with the standard of service one is entitled to expect from a retailer of Sephora purported standing. It is both perplexing and unacceptable that a process as fundamental as a return or exchange is rendered unnecessarily onerous. Such practices undermine the very commercial rationale upon which Sephora operates, namely, to provide consumers with a degree of assurance and flexibility that is not ordinarily available when purchasing directly from suppliers. If Sephora elects to erode this advantage by introducing friction into exchanges and refunds, it effectively negates a principal incentive for patronage. This concern is further exacerbated by the apparent withdrawal of complimentary samples, a benefit historically integral to the Sephora retail proposition. The cumulative effect of restricting samples whilst simultaneously impeding returns and exchanges raises a legitimate question as to the continued value of purchasing through Sephora as opposed to procuring products directly from suppliers, many of whom offer both sampling opportunities and preferential pricing structures. In addition, I note with considerable dissatisfaction that my membership status was reduced from Rouge to VIB without prior notification or any discernible justification. Such unilateral action lacks transparency and is inconsistent with reasonable expectations of fair dealing. Moreover, the limitation imposed on the utilisation of accrued points outside Canada is both arbitrary and inequitable, particularly for customers who engage with the brand on an international basis. Taken collectively, these matters reflect a troubling departure from acceptable standards of customer service, fairness, and commercial integrity. Sephora would be well advised to reassess its current practices and restore the fundamental benefits and professional conduct that customers are entitled to expect. Sephora must do better.
