- ZZZ2 days ago5.0I had the loveliest experience at LUSH Rideau today. All of the staff were so attentive and kind, and genuinely made me smile and enjoy my visit to pick up a couple of items. Sleepy/Twilight is my favourite line, and everyone was so good at hearing what about it I liked and providing thoughtful recommendations that I will definitely enjoy. Thank you especially to Aidan ❤️

It was so exciting to experience it and the staff were so friendly and helpful to pick out different products that I wouldn’t have otherwise thought to try if I was just shopping online!

Kaydian was very helpful, kind, welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to support me in the planning process. Jess was also great and helped me with my purchases.
