  Went to this location yesterday and was appalled by how not one, but two workers at the cash spoke to customers, including myself. Their tone was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in friendliness. This was around 10:30–11:00 a.m. on Nov 8. I was both returning a product and buying new items, but wasn’t even given a chance to explain that before the cashier rushed through everything. She asked me to enter my phone number (which I did), and when I mentioned I also had a return, she said, “Can you please put in your number like I asked…” I said, “I did,” and she laughed and said, “Oh, you’re quick.” Then she started scanning my new items as returns, and when I clarified that those were purchases, she said, “Well, I’m really confused,” with a lot of attitude—shaking her head and clearly annoyed. If she had just paused for one second to let me explain what I was there for, the entire situation could’ve been avoided. She seemed distracted, talking under her breath to the next cashier, and the overall attitude was just unprofessionaL. The poor woman in front of me got it even worse. She had just purchased items and, before leaving the store, noticed that her percentage savings hadn’t been applied. She went to the front of the cash to politely ask about it, and instead was scolded and told to get back in line (even though no one else seemed to care). Then the other worker loudly pointed out that she had tried to use her friend’s discount, which is why no savings were applied. The woman said she hadn’t realized that was a policy. During all of this, both workers were talking over her, showing visible annoyance, and explaining nothing clearly. She ended up returning her items, and I don’t blame her . They really embarrassed us, and it was uncomfortable to witness (and this was all done while two other customers were at the cash being served!). Unreal.

  Horrible customer service experience. The managers here are condescending, impatient, and rude, which is the exact reason I usually shop online. Will not be returning to this location.

  Never been inside a Sephora but I found a lovely young woman who worked there and she helped me get my birthday gift! Definitely would go again

  Horrible experience. I was “greeted” by a women yelling “what are you buying today”. No hello. No how can I help you ? Aggressive and unwelcoming. I should have left after that. A sales associate tried to find my moisturizer that was apparently discontinued and didn’t reccomend an alternative to anything. I then waited 10 minutes for someone to help my friend get the fragrance she picked out. No one came so I asked the cashiers to find one of the 4 staff I saw standing around to simply get the products from the drawer. And for some reason that took another 5 minutes. Avoid this location. What happened to customer service and common sense ? Do your job.

  I like this place, very convenient location newly opened in the mall, a but smaller compared to other locations and staff are nice.
