  I had a disappointing experience at the Sephora Saint-Laurent location. The cashier staff were not very welcoming and came across as tough and unhelpful. Unlike the Bayshore location, where I usually receive great service and samples with my purchase, no samples were offered here. When I asked the cashier that when I purchased online they always offered simples , se took back my stuff and she told so go buy online. What made the experience worse was that they said they had run out of shopping bags, so I had to carry the makeup items in my hands after paying. This felt unprofessional and inconvenient, especially considering the price of the products. I hope this location improves their customer service to match the standard of other Sephora stores.

  Had an absolutely amazing experience at this Sephora location. The store felt super welcoming and I was helped by Minha, who was incredible from beginning to end. She took her time with me, really knew what she was talking about and helped me find things I didn’t even realize I needed. Her recommendations were spot on and she made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Definitely will be coming back!!

  I love coming here, after going to Bayshore and Rideau many times, they had a good variety of stuff and it’s pretty big for me, perfume aisle is elite and I love it, employees are nice actually and I love there makeup selection, me and my mom are obsessed with this Sephora! Thanks to whoever bought St. Laurent Sephora here! Such a blessing! Wishing this store many success and more good stuff to happen to it!

  Worst experience of my life shopping. I get there with my 11 year-old and greeted by an employee. Every aisle we go to, there she is, pretending to fix products on the shelves looking at us with the corner of her eye as if we were going to steal stuff. It was so obvious. At one point we were at the end of the store, there she is, we move to the font of the store to look at something, there she is. So obvious. And the lady at the cash, if you don’t like your job, please quit. She was so rude and couldn’t even crack a little smile when greeting us. I never felt so uncomfortable shopping in a store. I will never step foot back at Sephora.
