  Went to pick up my order yesterday at the rideau location. Spent over $100, but the male cashier was cold and rushed. When I asked for a sample, he asked a worker here (I didn’t hear what they say)and handed me one perfume sample that was almost empty. Really disappointing service for what I spent.

  I’m a regular Sephora customer and wanted to share a concern. Because of Huda Beauty’s public messaging about Iran, many people in our community feel the brand is aligning with a government widely known for violence against civilians and support of terrorism. For us this is not political — it is a human issue. Continuing to promote the brand feels like ignoring the suffering of innocent people, and it makes me uncomfortable shopping here. I value Sephora and would like to continue being a customer, but this genuinely affects my trust and purchasing decisions. I hope Sephora reviews this partnership and considers the impact on affected communities.

  Today I went to go look for a facial oil, and was greeted by amazing amazing staff! Meaghan was the one who helped me not only did she give amazing service and was so helpful and kind, she actually went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the products I wanted! She’s truly a star employee. She was so helpful I told her flat out I need to write a review for you because this is amazing costumer service!!

  Sooo, Franza was THE BEST. She greeted me right away with such warm, funny, good vibes energy and instantly made me feel comfortable in her chair to have my makeup done. It was my first time in Ottawa and also my first time meeting an online friend, so I was pretty nervous and she completely relaxed me but also hyped a girl up. 😂 My makeup looked amazing and the confidence boost was exactly what I needed. She was very gentle and took the time to check in with me often to be sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. She also listened to my concerns about what was being used, suggested new to me products that work great with my sensitive/angry rosacea skin and most importantly was very hygienic and professional. I picked her at random using the apps scheduling tool while on the train from Montreal, but it honestly felt like the universe knew what it was doing. I adore her and would totally come back just for her! 💕✨ Bonus: I went to Sephora again in Montreal and met someone who actually knew her and they also loved her to pieces. What I'm saying is, ASK FOR FRANZA. She's got you!
