    We booked a birthday party at the Lush Rideau Centre today for a group of girls aged 7–10, and they had an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was fun, engaging, and so well organized. The team—especially Morgan, Rachel, and Flynn—were amazing at leading the activities and keeping the kids excited and involved. The girls loved making their own bath bombs, playing Heads Up with play dough, watching the bath bomb demos, trying the sparkle spray, and all the little hands-on moments in between. The staff were patient, energetic, and fantastic with the kids, which made the party feel really special. Highly recommend Lush Rideau Centre for a kids’ birthday party—such a memorable and joyful experience! 🎉🛁✨

    I love lush and I always feel like they have the most incredible staff they are so genuine and it makes the already incredible products even more special. I went the other day and I was dealing with Kay from the store and I was treated so well and felt really taken care of. This just made me love lush even more! Great store

    I had the best experience with reeni a couple of weeks ago! She helped me find a couple gifts for my friends and family. She was so patient and helpful, while also helping me fit these gifts with my budget. I found a few soaps for my friends and got a hair mask for my other family.

    Adyn was so helpful and had so much product knowledge when it came to spicy/warm fragrances. So helpful getting so many different test strips with different fragrances.i was introduced to so many products I didn’t know about before but thanks to Adyn I have new favourites. Next time you go into lush look for Adyn.

    I loove lush and have been shopping at this location for easily ten years now. I love this store and all the staff are very friendly and approachable - sometimes to the point that it gets overwhelming. I understand that staff are asked to approach customers and this is policy in all lush stores - so my issue is not at all with the workers who are just trying to do their job, but with corporate for forcing them to be so aggressive with their sales. I appreciate being spoken to once while I shop, but I don't need every staff member in the whole store approaching me asking if I need help when I already told the first two people I'd come to them with any questions. Plus like I said, I've been coming here for years - I am very familiar with the products and don't need constant attention. You're all so kind and lovely but it does start to get overstimulating!! Please Lush, give your staff a break from the constant interaction, I'm sure they deal with more than enough as is!!
