She offered delicious snacks and refreshing drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch! Sandra gave me the most incredible facial...she was so gentle and extremely knowledgeable about all the products and skincare. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and the facial left my skin feeling absolutely rejuvenated. Dan, the General Manager, was also fantastic. He was friendly, super informative, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch. It's clear he cares about providing great service and making every customer feel valued. Overall, the team at this L'Occitane location truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for personalized, exceptional service and high-quality skincare. I'll definitely be back!
