- ECEric CostenMar 31, 20251.0I purchased a bottle of eau de toilette for men a month ago. The spray pump broke a few days ago. So I went back to the store thinking I could exchange the bottle because it is obviously l’Occitane and also quite obviously defective. I was met by the most unhelpful and bureaucratic customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Totally unhelpful!

The girl with glasses over there was very knowledgeable about the products. She gave me great suggestion as I love there almond line heard great things. She helped me out throughout the process.
