    Wanted to make a purchase. Knew exactly what I wanted and where it was in the store. Showed up at 7:50 and a sign was posted that the store would be closed until 8:15. Showed up again at 8:55 and again the store was closed. If you have set posted hours, those should be respected. It’s bad form.

    Store says open Sunday....went downtown to get products and the store was closed in a full mall, lights off at 230pm. No sign and no reason for closure. Extremely disappointed. Waste of time and cost traveling to the store.

    I had frustrating experience at this store today. I entered the store and waited for over 10 minutes to make a purchase, but there were no employees present the whole time. It’s disappointing that the store opened without proper staffing. My time were wasted, I left without being able to buy anything.

    So we storolled in there on Thanksgiving and my girlfriend wanted to try a some new products. All she wanted to do is go there and buy a new line that was just released a couple weeks ago. She has stickly used Aveda product for the last 15 years. There was this kid there that turned my girl off so bad that we decided to buy the same product elsewhere. He was asking irrelevant questions and giving opinions that were totally unknowledgeable. He talked way too much and came across like he thought he was Paul frickin Mitchel. My girl was so annoyed with this employee that she will never go back in if she sees this guy working.
