- JCJeffrey CurleyAug 17, 20251.0Store says open Sunday....went downtown to get products and the store was closed in a full mall, lights off at 230pm. No sign and no reason for closure. Extremely disappointed. Waste of time and cost traveling to the store.

The team went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I walked in. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist me with my inquiries made my visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with tea and genuine smiles from the team I could say I have never seen this in any other store. The team's knowledge about the products and their ability to provide personalized recommendations after giving you a scalp check was impressive. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and also offered me samples!!!!
