  Going to this specific store each and everytime makes my heart so happy. I cant say enough about the staff they are always so happy to see customers and help them with whatever they need and more. Please to all of the staff at this store know how important you are to us and sharing your knowledge of the products is very important and valuable. Keep up the good work see you all soon.

  Kayla was super helpful to me and my little sister! She’s very kind, knowledgeable, funny and fun! She made us feel very welcome and my little sister got exactly what she wanted.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Lush location and wanted to recognize Andy and Fran for their incredible customer service. Andy was extremely helpful, informative, and patient while we were shopping for gifts for my mother-in-law. He was very attentive in making sure he truly understood the exact results we were looking for and the needs of the person we were shopping for. That extra level of care really went a long way, and I know my MIL is going to absolutely love the products he helped us choose. He also took the time to do a few demos, which helped us better understand the nuances of the products and how they can be layered together. His suggestions of bubble bars, bath bombs, and body bars were spot on - so much so that my husband and I ended up picking up a few items for ourselves as well that we’re very excited to try. Andy also suggested we download the Lush app, and I already have a few offers after our purchase that I can’t wait to use! Fran was also fantastic. She asked about our hair care needs, recommended a few products, and clearly explained the benefits of each. Since we were on the fence, she kindly provided us with a sample and also recommended a great hair primer for me to try. Overall, the staff at this location are incredibly pleasant to deal with. There’s a very natural, welcoming energy that made the entire shopping experience relaxed, positive, and genuinely enjoyable. Thank you again to Andy and Fran for making our visit so memorable!

  I have been a lush fan for nearly 10 years and have been to lush’s in Toronto, Windsor, Chicago and Las Vegas and this location is my favourite. I understand customer service is being paid to be nice but these employees go the extra mile! They are so bubbly and can answer questions about any product! The store is also huge and displays are gorgeous.

  We had a recent transaction on my daughters account from Lush and needed to contact the store to sort it out and had the pleasure of speaking with the store manager Ashley. She was polite, professional and an absolute delight to interact with once we went into the store. I’ve recently discovered Lush and will be a frequent customer after receiving exceptional service. I had also spoken to a sales associate the day before on the phone (forgot to get her name) and again wonderful customer service.
