- WBWinnie BearApr 17, 20255.0I went to the store feeling a bit intimidated being that I did not know about the products but have just read good reviews concerning their almond oil etc. However, once I stepped in the store, I was greeted with a welcoming smile by a lovely lady named Coco and was more than happy to explain about the products I was inquiring about. She did not pressure me to purchase anything but encouraged me to try the samples in the store . I felt confident that the products were what I was looking for so purchased the necessary items to get me started. I was so pleased with the results that I went back the following week and purchased the face-skin line and also encouraged a friend to try the products as well . Now , my friend and I are hooked on the L’Occitane products and have been back almost every week . We were always happy to see that Coco was there to always assist us and guide us with what items were suitable for our needs. Not only is Coco a great asset to your company but also a very gentle soul which comes through when she interacts with us .
