  I like visiting Sephora in this location. They always give you free samples even if you buy just one item. But what I don't like is their foundation samples when we request for it. They give such tiny quantity rather than filling the sample jar. As it is, the jar itself is quite tiny and on top of that, they just give you a few drops. It won't even fill our face completely. You need to fill the whole jar or atleast 3/4th of it.

  We had an amazing experience at Sephora! We visited on Sunday, November 7th, and even though it was a busy day, Liz took the time to help my gf and me find the right shades of foundation and concealer. She was incredibly patient, sweet, and friendly throughout the whole process. Liz was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. We told her that we wanted to try a mix of higher-end options and some more affordable makeup, and she guided us through the differences. She helped us compare products and pick out the best ones for our needs. Overall, she made our shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable!

  customer service is terrible tbh. went in to buy two colour wow products and ended up not liking one of them so i returned it, as i was told i was fine to do. when returning that item i purchased a different item to try out. it ended up being an exchange and then i owed $3. i ended up not liking that item either so i went to return and just get a full refund because they was no other products i was wanting to purchase. in the process of the return i was told i had used a merchandise card for my original purchase, which was incorrect. i went back to my banking app to double check and had the full charges there. they told me it must have been a mistake from the previous employee making the exchange and it was processed wrong. but still, instead of refunding me actual ‘cash’ back they told me i had to put the money on a merchandise card. i then asked the employee if there was anyway i could get the refund back on my card instead of a gift card, as i don’t shop at sephora much (this whole review is the reason why i don’t lol) and didn’t want my money that wouldn’t be used, just sitting on a gift card. she then told me “whatever then, use it for the holidays”. i’m not sure if it was just miscommunication or what but i didn’t really appreciate that comment. regardless, the reason for this review isn’t with the money being on a gift card, the reason is, no accountability was taken on Sephora's part for making the exchange mistake in the first place, and i was forced to pay for it in the end, literally.

  First time in the Oshawa location , staff were very accessible when I asked a question the salesperson did not know the answer but immediately found a staff that did. The staff greeted me with a smile she was very friendly and answered the question and went the extra mile to see if the store had the product in stock. She definitely knows the meaning of customer service and is amazing at her job…
