Hayden was receptive, listened to what I asked for and she delivered the exact look I was requesting. She is warm, flexible and professional. She has an extensive knowledge of skincare and makeup products which is essential in a makeup artist. Her customer service is exceptional and she was gentle in her application. Her friendly personality, as well as her sense of humour, make the experience of getting made up extra enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend Hayden!

When I asked an employee for assistance, they asked what kind of skin I have in a very dismissive way and then immediately told me to go ask someone else, pointing across the store. The other employee they pointed to was turned away from customers and chatting with a coworker, which made me feel uncomfortable approaching them. I ended up leaving. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and judgmental, like customers are looked down on rather than helped. For a store that prides itself on inclusivity and customer service, this was really disappointing.
