  I had the pleasure of being served by Roula when I popped into the store recently to enquire about a product. Roula went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and graciously answered all my questions with the loveliest smile. In short a most wonderful experience.

  I went in for one item, there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited patiently for 15 minutes while the ladies continued to walk past me, ignore me and help new people coming in. Then would as me to move so the people could ahead of me to cash out...

  I came into MAC with an inspo pic for a gala i was attending. I was greated warmly by a sales associate named Hina. She showed me the exact products i needed to achieve this look and also helped me with bronzer and blush combo that matched my skin tone perfectly. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service experience i recieved from Hina, she really went above and beyond and overall made my shopping experience at MAC the best experience I've ever had. Thank you so much Hina 🫶🏽💕

  I was in the store on Wednesday mid-afternoon. I went in to seek help with some eyeshadow and to get some tips for applying. I wish I had gotten the girls name who helped me but she was really great! Kept things so simple for me, didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. Showed me how to apply eyeliner using eyeshadow also, which I went home and copied no problem! I felt that she was honest and I left feeling confident about my purchase :) I usually shop at Sephora but honestly, this was more my pace. I'll be back! Thank you!!!!
