He were so helpful for us finding products and made us all laugh. We walked on not sure of what to get and he helped us out right away and didn’t leave our sides until we were sure on everything we wanted. We had an amazing time shopping at lush and thank you for the amazing experience that Haamid gave us! We all will be coming back for sure

My go-to location is in the Oshawa Centre and their team is genuinely the best - always so kind (both to customers and each other), extremely knowledgeable about all their products, and eager to show you how things feel and work instead of simply pushing products. Lindsay in particular has been great at really listening to my needs and taking the time to walk me through options. She’s introduced me to countless new favourites, and I know I can consistently trust her to steer me in the right direction. Maya was very professional and nice, from her tone to her mannerism and direct eye contact she was very kind... my friend was asking about a specific product or type of product so Maya asked a lady named Lindsey (sorry if I'm spelling either name wrong)... Lindsey was also wonderful, from her product understanding and her explaining size of bottles and price points, both of these ladies take their jobs seriously and they make it a VERY warm and welcoming experience... from engaging in banter and having a wonderful personality to understanding the products and supporting one another in customer service... I rarely make reviews, however I was seriously amazed with these two ladies. I know in 2025 people can be very unkind and days after the holidays insanity these two brought such a warmth to our shopping experience and I need to publicly applaud them for it. I would appreciate that if management is referred to my posting they will give these ladies my praises. People don't care about being in a workplace nowadays and for these girls to go above and beyond was truly amazing and heart warming.
