  I just came into the store took browse until Ahmed came up to me and was the sweetest most attentive employee I have ever interacted with, he was so sweet and so knowledgeable with everything and even matched my energy which made my experience so much better❤️

  Transformative Experience Product discovery: Take a deep breath, feel your feet press into the earthiness of the forest floor below them & join me in this soul to earth experience: You enter the store, given a few moments to pause & glance around, then you’re met with the first Lush Consultant- Andrea. A few moments of conversation, &you’re swept into a world of patchouli laced forests, sharing your favourite products with this grounding essence back and forth.. making two new & intriguing discoveries. The first, combines two of your favourite natural places, often featured in carefully selected meditations, candles & bath products… forest & ocean. Together, these scents take you to a crossroads, joining to craft the best of both products — bursting ocean blue waters, fresh ocean air, sea foam on the baths surface, as you sink further into grounding undertones, these aromas combine — pulling you to the earths floor, engulfing you within the waves, and bright clouds above the baths surface. I walked in, with two products in mind to purchase, hoping to test a few new products to consider down the line; & was met with an experience well beyond product testing— I was treated with utmost respect, and grace. As a neurospicy individual, with so many exciting tried & true; &new to explore products, choosing well, is a lengthy process. I never felt hurried, &was met with the perfect balance of space to explore on my own, & exceptional customer service, from all the staff in the store: Andrea, Haamid, and Andy. As well, the lady, with red, shoulder ish length hair. Are you now curious, what products can have such a memorable conversation, prior to hitting the water? Go inside the OC location, and mention patchouli, ocean skies and combo of two bath products, & I’m certain they’ll exceed your expectations. A first Lush product demo: When the store becomes a spa. First, the eagerness & excitement to share these products with me, was the energy I didn’t know I needed! The intentionally selected products, one I’m certain I would’ve missed otherwise. The transparency at every turn, zero pressure to buy— in fact moments before I shared I haven’t the resources to buy any additional products today, & was exploring to expand my hair/skin regime at future trips; the energy remained vibrant all the same. First, we tried a spritz of “a steeped tea for your skin”, next, a cleanser, followed by Ayesha, a mask recommended by both Lush Consultants, Andrea & Another lady, with red shoulder ish length hair. I do wish I would have gotten her name; She had a wealth of knowledge on a type of clay known to pull impurities from the skin, mineral rich — I’d encourage you to go into this store and ask about it, it’s in the mask Ayesha. I loved everything about this mask, from the earthy aroma, to the texture on my skin. What I didn’t anticipate was how it impacted my skin, within the minutes it sat on my hand, it altered my skin tone, in the best way— my hand was smoother, skin tone more even, and something indescribable, perhaps brightening adjacent. See pix attached: Left hand had the product applied. Lastly, we finished with the moisturizer “Gorgeous” and it really is as gorgeous as it sounds, my skin was plump, hydrated with hint of papaya lingering in the softness left behind it. Better still no filmy or greasy coatings at application. Hair Regime Haamid was quick to welcome me to the store & connect me to hair products that meet my hair needs, despite being in the process of supporting multiple customers. Haamid worked to make each customer feel valued, & encouraged to explore despite the busy-ness growing in the store, with good humour, care & ease. Haamid asked about proteins, I shared I intake collagen for health reasons & He was lighting fast to prepare samples of protein rich shampoo & conditioner, share about benefits of each. I was honest, another Lush Consultant had already given me quite a few samples as I did not wish to take advantage.. both Haamid & Andy, were eager to share these regardless.

  Haamid, was an amazing consultant. Everytime i go in he makes my experience wonderful and so inviting. I never shopped at lush before and cause of his enthusiasm and engagement i will be going back.

  I usually love going into Lush but unfortunately at this location it isn't particularly my favourite :(( anytime i come in the employees are usually just talking to each other, and when i try to ask for help i haven’t really been able to find products that work for me because the knowledge on the products doesnt entirely seem like the right information. Im sure the employees are great, maybe ive just come in on off days, but my experience here overall hasn’t been the best :((

  Walked in with my baby to restock on some favs and get some gifts. I was approached by Emily who went above and beyond to help me (she clearly saw how limited I was with baby in tow). Emily even suggested great alternatives for products out of stock. But above all, it was amazing to openly chat with someone who aligns with me morally, especially regarding Palestine. We had such a deep, meaningful conversation and I felt grateful to have met her. Thank you for all your help and wishing you all the best Emily! 🍉🇵🇸
