    .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A holiday kindness from Lush O.C. I visited today with two nursing home residents who are the closest of friends. One wanted to give her best friend a special holiday gift to celebrate their bond. another year. friendship. The Lush team was helpful and genuinely noticed. is what struck my heart. gifted from them. the girl generously was santa for a moment. it was a beautiful. moment of true holiday spirit and kindness. Thank you to the Lush staff for making the season brighter. 😘

    Went in yesterday to do some Christmas shopping and was helped by Haamid! Such an incredible interaction that made me feel like I was chatting with a friend! So helpful I left with 2 of my favourite products I’ve been struggling to find for some time - then he mentioned he was newer to the team! I couldn’t believe that he was so helpful & knowledgeable! Thank you Haamid!

    I've shopped at Lush for years and have a few go-to faves. I came in tonight to buy FUN for a friend's little one and then Andy greeted me. As we chatted he told me about the bath bars. I couldn't decide between snow fairy or another that smelled like my favorite product, Scrubee. He took one of each, put them behind his back and made me choose a hand. Then I'd asked if they still had Karma cream....another fave. He showed me the line and suggested the massage bar, and then offered a quick hand/arm massage to demo the product! I was sold. Before I left, he showed me that they also have a limited time scrubee in the snow fairy scent...all of my faves and he just kept bringin' them! Ive been a corporate retail manager and talent acquisition manager for 30 years-Sephora the most recent-and he is exactly the type of employee you want on your floor! He embodied great customer service, listening to me and tieing back to my likes to suggest new products. He leads with the culture of the company by going above and beyond and he certainly made my day in extras throughout the visit. ANDY, you were wonderful and thanks again!!
