Poorly cut, uneven with a chunk on the left side left longer. I was charged 30$ and the worst part was I didnt notice the error due to a wave in my hair. When I got home I saw what she had done. I was ready to scream. I specifically told her I was getting the bang trim to look tidy / proper for several holiday events. Photo included. This place may be fine for men but women beware. I will never go here again.

Absolutely no issues with any of the staff. They a great!! Although, it shouldn’t cost $35 (including Tip because that’s the right thing to do) for a simple men’s haircut when a man sits in the chair for no more that 10-15mins. That’s .66cents/min incl. taxes - 15mins=$9.90. Call it $10 even. 1 hair cut almost covers the lady’s wages for the hour. What’s with charging 3x the amount $30 for a simple haircut??? 30 x 4 cuts an hour -$120/hr…what are you…doctors? That’s $4800 per week and almost $250,000 a year FOR 1 stylist. Ok, let’s say it’s slow and 1 stylist only gets 1 client an hour - 8 for the day…that’s still $62,400. I dunno but the math isn’t mathing. Seems a little greedy and some gouging is happening at Great Clips, considering this is necessity for most human beings?! I get overhead and all the other factors to consider. Still not adding up in my head. Pre-covid if I remember correctly was around $22-25, somewhere in that range. That’s where it should be! $35…increase to $40 soon probably….though. Also, what happened the coupon program? Was it costing too much and cutting into the greedy profit margins highlighted above. How’s about Great Clips “shares the Love” franchise owners have to make more than they need & corporate needs their disgustingly greedy profit. It’s a legal pyramid scheme if you ask me. I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 10years BUT might have to start looking elsewhere. Maybe I’ll go find an independent ma’ & pa’ hair place where prices are reasonable. I would happily pay them $35 for a haircut. Greedy but I guess that’s how things are in a capitalist society. Charge more because people will pay…because they have to. K. I’m done now.

This location, in particular, stands out—Andrea and Barb are consistently professional, friendly, and very customer-oriented. I always tip for good service. On Sunday, I had my haircut here and once again received excellent service. However, I also had an unexpected and uncomfortable encounter with one of the staff outside the workplace, where they shared a personal view about tipping that tied it to a certain community. While the comment wasn’t directed at me, I felt it was not appropriate. I even mentioned to that individual that everyone is not the same as you think. I don’t want to mention names or harm anyone’s reputation, but I do feel it’s important that management is aware of this. All customers should be treated equally and with respect, and tips should never be expected or associated with race or community. Today, I was glad to tip Andrea $10 for her excellent service and professionalism. Note: Everyone is not the same, and experiences like this should not overshadow the great service provided by others. 👉 I highly recommend Andrea and Barb to anyone looking for great service at this location.
